Service-Based Policy

EvoluteGen Vision provides digital services that involve time, expertise, and customized work. Once a project is initiated, resources are allocated specifically for the client.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
  • Cancellation requests must clearly mention project details.
  • If requested before initiation, eligibility is reviewed case-by-case.
  • If requested after work has started, no refund will be applicable.

Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once project execution has begun. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or milestones achieved. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Project Delays & Scope

Delays caused by the client (late content or approvals) do not qualify for refunds. Requests for changes beyond the agreed project scope may require additional charges and are not grounds for a refund.

Maintenance Services

Fees paid for maintenance or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has started. Renewals must be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, EvoluteGen Vision may consider refunds at its discretion if the service was not delivered as per the agreed scope or a mutually agreed resolution cannot be reached. Such decisions will be final.
